// I just finished The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest//
What a roller-coaster of emotions. During the first half of the book I wanted to throw the book across the room out of frustration and I seriously considered reading the last chapter to make sure it ended how I hoped (but I didn’t give in to temptation). As I got into the final chapters I gripped the pages so hard that I gave myself hand cramps! It was so intense.
That is all the say, it was amazing. The entire series was fantastic but the final book was by far my favourite. It offered a seriously complex plot with many characters and storylines but I never got lost in the web of the story. Lisbeth Salandar is a seriously kick-ass character that is very well developed throughout the series, read it if only for her.
It is a tragedy that Stieg Larsson isn’t around to experience the success of his novels.
